Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders must be paid online through the payment methods available at checkout.

An order is considered accepted once IHP has successfully processed and confirmed the order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
